You must be at least 13 years old to use brewbuds. When you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

You own everything you post — photos, tasting notes, brew recipes, and comments remain yours. By posting, you grant brewbuds a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform.

Don't post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that infringes on others' rights. We may remove content that violates these guidelines.

We collect usage data to improve the platform. Personal information is never sold to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest, with field-level encryption for sensitive personal fields.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the app — we'll remove your data within 30 days.
